Epoxy Wastewater Structure Coatings

RCM Utilities excels in providing Epoxy Tec services, specifically their CPP TROWEL-LINER Structural Epoxy Coating/Liner.
Trowel-applied, ultra-high build, 100% solids, structural-grade amine epoxy compound. An advanced microfiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) technology is cured with enhanced mechanical properties. A high-strength applied and bonded solution is needed for water and wastewater infrastructure interior lining requirements. Formulated for H2S resistance, sealing, moisture tolerance, UV stabilization, and service wear durability.
For use in WWTP and sanitary sewer environments; also formulated for service in potable water environments – Underwriters Laboratories Inc.® classified to ANSI/NSF Standard 61, and the extraction requirements of NSF/ANSI/CAN 600 for use in potable water storage.

Mortartec Cladliner

Mortartec Cladliner is an engineered stand-alone hybrid epoxy-cement liner combining the simplicity of a cementitious lining with the performance of a high build epoxy. Mortartec Cladliner serves as a resurfacer and liner, all-in-one. Mortartec Cladliner offers acid resistance to protect from corrosion derived from mild-to-moderate hydrogen sulfide (H2S) conditions. This is accomplished by combining epoxy polymerization with a formulated balance of Portland cement, high density graded silica aggregate, and synthetic fibers. Once cured, it results in a smooth mortar application with suitable acid resistance as a stand-alone system for H2S environments (up to 100 ppm).
